History

The history of Full Moon Revue is a very convoluted
evolution. All the members of this forward-thinking,
very progressive and original act have played together
in various combinations over the past twenty years
before the current alignment solidified. J. Matthew Larson and E.B. Fay first began playing together as the original FMR back in 1989.

Fast foward to 2002

After a fortuitous crossing of paths in 2001,the pair re-formed the Revue with a number of fine musicians and began playing to select audiences in the Boston area.

In 2003, multi-instrumentalist Jeffrey Bryant, playing
songs for the stripers on Martha's Vineyard, joined
forces with the Revue, and along with veteran New
England drummer Mal Shaw, and bassist extraordinaire,
Bob Doolittle, completed the band.
John Finnerty joined the band in 2004, bring his versitile, multi-instrumental and sngwriting abilities. John is also a heckuva producer, as you will see when we get the new songs to your ears.
